All clients must read this before commissioning LavDogArtz. Any failure to read the TOS is not on the artists fault if issues arise, as the TOS has everything listed that the buyer must agree to.All payments for all commissions are taken in USD ( United States Dollars). Payment is taken before any work has been started to be added to the commission queue.Once payment is received. Seller does not issue full refunds. No exceptions. If buyer requests refund before any work has been started a 50% refund of all cost will be issued. If buyer does a chargeback on seller to receive payment back in full, buyer will forfeit their commission slot and any work will be changed and put up as a YCH for another client to purchase. Buyer will also be added to a public buyer blacklist & beware list.All artwork will be completed in a timely manner, buyer will be added to a public trello and will get sent WIPS through telegram.If buyer does not have telegram, both email or discord can work as well, however buyer must get back with revisions to sketch within 24 hours, if buyer does not respond, seller will complete the piece. Edits after the artwork is finished may not be possible.All clients must submit a full digital Refrence sheet for commissions, this includes, Front/Back view. And Tradional refs or refs not showing what seller is asking will not be accepted. No exceptions.All clients must be 18 Y.o to commission NSFW. A valid ID must be shown to commission. NO minors.
